On the first Friday of every month (9am MST), I’m opening the doors to my studio practice. This is where I share the intersection of my Studio Arts background and my Master's studies in Art Therapy.
Each Patreon LIVE session includes:
A Gentle Landing: A therapeutic-inspired warm-up or grounding exercise to transition out of "productivity mode."
Monthly Theme: A focus on a specific process-based concept or theme for guidance.
Accountability & Connection: A space to chat, ask questions about my materials, or simply work in "parallel play."
Can’t make it live? No worries. The full replay is added to the "Imperfect Archive" immediately, so you can tap into the flow whenever you need it.
You'll also get access to the entire archive of past tutorials and pre-recorded Art Flow videos from previous years to watch anytime you need inspiration.
